If you submit information through a third-party platform such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or an event platform, that platform may collect and handle your information under its own privacy policy and terms. The information shared with us may include the fields you submit, platform identifiers, campaign details, form name, submission time, and related attribution or conversion information.
We may collect business contact information about people in relevant professional roles for B2B lead-generation, prospecting, relationship management, and service delivery purposes. This may come from public business sources, professional directories, events, referrals, clients, partners, or reputable data providers.

6. CRM, marketing automation, and AI-assisted operations
We use CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow tools, including HubSpot and related service providers, to manage contacts, enquiries, forms, lists, workflows, email nurture, sales follow-up, customer records, and service delivery.
We may use automation to route enquiries, update CRM records, send operational or marketing emails, trigger follow-up tasks, record campaign attribution, segment contacts, or help us respond more efficiently.
We may use AI-assisted tools to support internal operations, analysis, drafting, summarising, classification, routing, quality review, research, reporting, and service delivery. We use these tools to assist our team rather than replace responsible human oversight. We take reasonable steps to avoid entering personal information into AI tools where it is not needed for the relevant business purpose.

If there is a change of control in our business, merger, restructure, sale, or transfer of business assets, we may transfer user databases and personal information to the extent permitted by law. Information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser or adviser under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
8. Overseas storage and processing
Some of the platforms, service providers, and technology systems we use are hosted or operated outside Australia. Personal information may be stored, processed, transferred, or accessed in countries outside Australia, including but not limited to the United States.
Where we use overseas-hosted providers, we take reasonable steps in the circumstances to use reputable providers and manage personal information consistently with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under applicable Australian privacy law.
9. Direct marketing, unsubscribe, and opt-out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email, reply to the communication, or contact us at info@clck.com.au. You can also ask us not to contact you by phone, SMS, or other channels for marketing purposes.
We may still send non-marketing communications where necessary, such as service, transactional, account, legal, security, or project-related messages.
10. Retention of personal information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, manage enquiries and customer relationships, maintain business records, comply with legal, accounting, tax, reporting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements, and improve our operations.
When personal information is no longer reasonably needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy, delete, or de-identify it, subject to legal, operational, backup, security, or record-keeping requirements.
11. Security of personal information
CLCK Media Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the information you provide to us. We use suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard personal information, we cannot guarantee that information transmitted to or from us, or stored by us or our service providers, will be completely secure or never disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
