HubSpot support services

Get more from the HubSpot you're already paying for

The reports you need. The workflows you've been meaning to fix. The campaigns that never quite make it off the list.

We help Australian teams turn HubSpot into a system they can rely on, with ongoing advice, hands-on implementation and training. You get help deciding what matters next, and people who can do the work with you.

Ongoing support · Hermitage Homes

“We really love HubSpot now”

That's a better outcome than simply having the software switched on. For Hermitage Homes, our work has helped the team keep getting value from HubSpot after launch.

“CLCK has been a fantastic support and instrumental in helping us get the most out of the product. We really love HubSpot now and continue to get a lot of value out of it.”
James MyersJames Myers
IT & Digital Marketing, Hermitage Homes

Ongoing support gives the team somewhere to take the next question, improvement or campaign. The work doesn't have to stop when the initial setup is finished.

Sound familiar?

You don't need more features. You need time to make them work.

Your team has plenty of ideas. The problem is fitting them around sales calls, client work and everything else that needs to happen this week.

The important work keeps slipping

You know the follow-up could be better. There's a campaign to build and a dashboard someone asked for last month. None of it is quite urgent enough to beat today's inbox, so the list keeps growing.

People work around HubSpot

A workflow no longer matches the process. Deal stages mean different things to different people. Someone starts a spreadsheet because they don't trust the report. The system gets harder to rely on a little at a time.

There's nobody to think it through with

Your team can use HubSpot, but bigger decisions take experience: what to automate, which data to clean up first and whether the next feature will solve the problem. You want a recommendation, not another tutorial to watch.

We help you choose the improvements worth making, put them in order and get them done. That can mean giving your internal team direction, taking on the build work, or doing both.

Implementation and automation · Super Property Solutions

From “duct taped” systems to less admin

For Super Property Solutions, CLCK's HubSpot implementation automated the sales process and helped the team save time. Their experience shows why the connections between sales, marketing and operations matter.

“Damien's expertise gave us immediate confidence. He transformed our 'duct taped' systems with a strategic HubSpot implementation that automated our sales process and saved our team a huge amount of time. We've seen significant improvements across sales, marketing, and operations as a result.”
David Johnson
Director, Super Property Solutions

The same connected thinking matters after launch. When your sales process changes, the workflows and handover need to change with it. Ongoing attention helps keep the system working for the people who use it.

Advice, hands-on help, or both

Get the help your team is missing

Some teams have the people to build but need an experienced sounding board. Others know exactly what's needed and want someone to take it off their hands. Many need a mix.

Help deciding what to do next

We review how you're using HubSpot, look at what's working and help set priorities. You get a place to talk through sales, marketing, reporting and team-use decisions before committing time to the wrong fix.

  • Monthly check-ins and priority setting
  • Review of what's working and what's getting in the way
  • Recommendations for improvements and quick wins
  • Guidance for the people doing the work internally

Help getting the work done

We take the agreed priorities and build the campaigns, workflows, dashboards and training. Everyday admin can be part of that work too, with the connection to your business goals kept in view.

  • A visible list of agreed HubSpot tasks
  • Campaigns, automation, reports and assets built for your setup
  • Account admin connected to the wider improvement plan
  • Documentation, training and handover your team can return to

We'll agree the mix and monthly scope with you. You don't have to choose between advice that stays in a meeting and a task list with nobody questioning whether it's the right work.

What we can take off your list

Campaigns, automation, reporting and the work between them

The priorities will change as your business changes. These are the areas we can work on together, within the scope we agree.

Get the next campaign out the door

Landing pages, registration forms, reminder emails, campaign emails and lists. We help turn the campaign you've been discussing into something your team can launch, with the pieces connected inside HubSpot.

Follow up without relying on memory

Workflows, email nurturing, lead scoring, handover rules and lifecycle prompts. We help you decide what should happen when someone enquires, goes quiet or becomes ready for a sales conversation, then build the agreed automation.

See what the numbers are telling you

Sales, pipeline, activity and source reporting that answers the questions your team asks. We look at the data behind the dashboard too, so you're not making decisions from a tidy chart built on inconsistent records.

Make the sales process easier to follow

Pipeline stages, record ownership, follow-up responsibilities and the handover between marketing and sales. The goal is for people to know what happens next without having to ask around or keep their own spreadsheet.

Help the team use what you’ve built

Coaching, short custom training videos, step-by-step procedures and internal guides. New starters need a way to learn, and existing staff need explanations that reflect your HubSpot setup rather than a generic product tour.

Keep the account in shape

User setup, permissions, property clean-up and day-to-day HubSpot admin as part of the agreed work. Small problems are easier to deal with before duplicate fields, outdated workflows and workarounds become how everyone operates.

Training and handover matter

A working system is only half the job

People need to understand it too. These clients describe our onboarding and implementation work, showing why we make explanation, training and handover part of the conversation.

FLINTpro: ready to use, with help getting started

We helped FLINTpro migrate from Pipedrive to HubSpot. Their feedback highlights both the CRM they received and the onboarding that helped them use it.

“CLCK provided exceptional support in migrating our data from Pipedrive to HubSpot. Their expertise and attention to detail resulted in a ready-to-go, highly usable CRM, and their onboarding support was invaluable.”
Josh Shafer
VP Business Development, FLINTpro

St Canice's Parish: understanding the people and process

Moving from spreadsheets and paper required a setup that reflected how the parish worked. CLCK helped with custom structure, training and rollout.

“Damien was incredibly patient, taking the time to fully understand our needs before recommending the right approach. His expertise made the entire transition smooth.”
Jane McGlinchey
Ops Manager, St Canice’s Parish

When we make a change for your team, we also discuss how people will learn it. Sometimes that's a short video. Sometimes it's a coaching session or a written procedure. The point is to leave people confident about the next step.

Our approach

Fix the reason people avoid the CRM

If a salesperson keeps a separate spreadsheet, it's worth asking why before insisting they stop. Perhaps the report is unreliable, the deal stages don't fit or recording an update takes too much effort.

More automation won't necessarily fix that. Neither will another training session if the underlying process still makes the work harder.

We look at the system and the way people use it together. That might mean simplifying a workflow before adding one, cleaning up ownership before building a dashboard, or changing the handover before generating more enquiries.

Our role is to help you choose improvements that make a difference to daily work. You should be able to explain why something is on the list and what will be better when it's finished.

Talk through your HubSpot priorities

How we work together

A monthly plan people can follow

You shouldn't need to wonder what's happening or chase a collection of disconnected tickets. We agree what matters, keep the work visible and review the result.

  1. Look at what's happening now

We review your HubSpot setup, what's changed in the business and where people are getting stuck. Your team's experience matters alongside what the account shows us.

  2. Agree what comes first

We decide which campaign, workflow, report, training or admin improvement deserves attention within the monthly scope. Dependencies and trade-offs are part of that discussion.

  3. Keep the work visible

You can see the agreed priorities, what's being worked on and what needs input. If a new request arrives, we discuss where it fits rather than quietly letting the list expand.

  4. Build and check the changes

We carry out the agreed work and check it against what it needs to achieve. The aim is a working campaign, report or process, rather than a recommendation waiting for someone else.

  5. Explain it to the people using it

We provide the agreed training and documentation so the team knows what changed and how to use it. That also makes life easier when someone new joins.

  6. Review what changed

We discuss what's improved, what still needs attention and what should happen next. The following month's priorities build on what we've learned.

Is ongoing support the right fit?

For teams that want HubSpot to keep improving

We can help when

  • HubSpot is live, but you're not getting the value you expected.
  • Sales and marketing ideas keep waiting for someone with time to implement them.
  • Reporting, workflows, campaigns and training need ongoing attention.
  • You want recommendations as well as someone to build the work.
  • You need experienced HubSpot thinking without hiring a full-time manager.

A different route may be better when

  • You need official technical support for access, billing, licence issues, password resets, platform bugs or an outage.
  • You need a one-off emergency fix rather than an ongoing relationship.
  • You want tasks completed without discussing priorities or dependencies.
  • The admin is unrelated to how your team sells, markets, reports or uses HubSpot.

A quick distinction: we're a HubSpot partner, not HubSpot's own technical support desk. Come to us for strategy, implementation and ongoing improvement. Contact HubSpot directly for platform or account issues.

If you need a more focused project

Start with the work your business needs

Ongoing support isn't always the first step. If there's a defined migration, setup or reporting job to tackle, these pages explain the options.

Before you decide

Your HubSpot support questions, answered

Are you official HubSpot support?

No. We're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner. We help with strategy, implementation, campaigns, automation, reporting, training and ongoing management. HubSpot's own support team handles account access, billing, password resets, platform bugs and outages. If that's what you need, they're the right starting point.

Can we get strategic advice without implementation?

Yes. If your team can build the work but needs help deciding what to focus on, we can provide guidance, prioritisation and review. You keep the hands-on work in-house, with someone experienced to talk through the decisions and check the approach.

Can you implement work if we already know what needs doing?

Yes. We can build agreed campaigns, workflows, reports, training and process changes as part of your HubSpot improvement plan. We'll still ask what the work needs to achieve and flag dependencies, rather than complete a task that creates a problem somewhere else.

Can you help if we don’t have an internal HubSpot manager?

Yes. We work with businesses that don't have their own HubSpot, marketing operations or sales operations specialist. We can provide ongoing direction and hands-on work within the agreed scope, while keeping your team involved in priorities and decisions.

What tasks can go into the monthly work list?

Typical work includes landing pages, forms, campaign emails, workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, reports, property clean-up, user permissions, training videos and step-by-step procedures. We agree the priorities and scope together so everyone knows what’s being worked on and what comes next.

Do you include training and SOPs?

Yes. Training and documentation can be part of the agreed work. That might mean coaching, a short video showing your team how a workflow works, a standard operating procedure, internal knowledge-base content or onboarding material for new staff. The format should make the change easier to use.

How do we agree the right monthly scope?

Start with a strategy session. We'll discuss what's in place, what's getting in the way and how much your team can handle internally. From there, we can recommend a mix of advice and implementation, with agreed priorities and scope. You don't need to arrive with a finished task list.

Let's work out the next step

What's on your HubSpot list?

The dashboard you don't trust? A campaign waiting to launch? A team that needs more confidence using the system?

Tell us what's happening and what you'd like to change. We'll talk through the help you need, what your team can handle internally and whether ongoing support is the right approach.
