How long does an ActiveCampaign to HubSpot migration take?
It depends on how many contacts need checking, which tags and forms are still in use, and how much follow-up needs rebuilding. Bringing sales into HubSpot at the same time adds work. We’ll review your setup before suggesting a timeframe.
How much does an ActiveCampaign to HubSpot migration cost?
A contact import is different from cleaning up duplicate records, rebuilding forms and automations, connecting other tools and training sales. We’ll look at what you actually need before giving you a price. HubSpot subscription costs are a separate decision.
Can you migrate ActiveCampaign contacts, tags, lists, and custom fields?
Yes. We check the contacts and duplicates first, then work through the fields, tags and lists. A tag describing a customer may become a HubSpot property; a group you email may need a list. Old campaign labels can stay archived rather than following everyone across.
What happens to our ActiveCampaign automations?
We check what starts each automation, who gets the emails and whether the journey still makes sense. Then we agree what to rebuild in HubSpot and what to retire. Your team should test the forms and follow-up before depending on them.
Should ActiveCampaign tags become HubSpot tags?
Usually not one for one. HubSpot can use properties and lists to describe a contact and decide who gets an email. We’ll check what each tag meant, including any that stopped someone receiving a message, before deciding how to handle it.
Is ActiveCampaign’s CRM enough for a growing team?
It can be. If email automation and a simple sales process are working for your team, there may be no reason to switch yet. HubSpot is worth considering when sales can’t see what marketing has done, customer records live in several places or reporting takes too much manual work.
Can we connect ActiveCampaign and HubSpot instead of moving everything?
A connection may be an option for some setups, but we’d check what it can move and how it handles changes before choosing it. It won’t sort duplicates, decide which email preferences to keep or rebuild your forms. An export and import or staged move may suit the work better.
Will HubSpot replace ActiveCampaign completely?
It may, but first we need to see what ActiveCampaign does for your business. Forms on the website, live automations, old campaign records and other connected tools all need a plan. Some information can stay archived for reference rather than being copied into HubSpot.
Do we need HubSpot Enterprise for this migration?
Not necessarily. Contour Clinics used HubSpot Enterprise, but your team may need a different plan. We’ll look at the features, contact numbers and costs before recommending one.
What happens to reporting after migration?
First we agree what you want to know: where an enquiry came from, who followed up and whether it became a deal. We then set up the fields and reports around those questions. The numbers still depend on good records and the team updating its work.
Will the team need training?
Probably. We’ll show the people using HubSpot how to find a contact, check an enquiry, update a deal and read the reports they need. It’s also a chance to find anything confusing before everyone depends on the new setup.
Can CLCK support us after the migration?
Yes. Once your team starts working in HubSpot, questions may come up about an old tag, a form, a report or a follow-up email. We can help you work through those and change what isn’t working.
